Hello, and thank you for telling us about your experience. Revolut's People team works hard to ensure salary competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark. If you are not satisfied with the latest salary review we've very open to hearing feedback so please do raise your concerns with your manager or with me directly. Wishing you the best. Andrii Osipov - Global Head of Compliance Operations @ Krakow

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
