- No care for you, you are a hamster in a wheel - If you like no personal life, this is your place - Your work will be torn to pieces by leadership - Be prepared to lose your confidence here and make you question everything - Unrealistic KPIs so you will never hit your bonus (the only reason you join) - Recruiters lie to you to get you to join because they also have KPIs to hit, you are quite literally a number to them - Bad management - Promote awful people - No job security, they have lay-offs constantly and label it as a performance issue (when it's not) I saw so many people go from bubbly, happy individuals to a shell of a human in 6 months or under. Constantly crying, unwell, needing to pay for counselling to deal with the stress. It was shocking to watch. I luckily have joined a company that values employees, progression, wellness and leads by example. I am glad I am out of Revolut.
