From HR no-one takes responsibility about vague promises in this matter during the hiring process. Not benefits related to restaurant tickets or partnerships with local gyms. It's discriminatory the fact that Revolut employee's enjoy those benefits in the UK, but there are missing for some employees based in European countries. Besides that they have changed the "rules" for promotions several times in less than a year, which means that there is not continuity in strategies implemented. A total disaster in terms of motivation.
