      Challenging tasks and interesting problems

      Cons

      Regressive culture means that many bad habits from senior individuals goes unnoticed Tries to foster an investment bank culture but goes way short on where it counts Lack of profitability and bad business decisions causing cost cutting measures Rational and logical workers leave quickly. Leaving the desperate and subservient workforce Instability and poor hiring practices mean people rarely agree on replacements that may desperate be needed

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
