      Pros

      - 100% remote working without any push to 'go back to office' - Good pay (comparing to people with my level of experience and even more in other companies) - Inspiring people all around you - Flat-management in the meaning that you don't feel any distance between you and someone on 'head of' level, at least I have that feeling

      Cons

      There are some things you have to find out and learn on your own, the company really counts on you being an A-player.

      Pros

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
