I'm feeling very proud to work here in Revolut because it provides the best work environment. It accepts the feedback from every employee openly. We need to just give our 100% in our job and we're all set.
Cons
The only drawback is that if you won't be honest with your work then you will definitely miss the opportunity to work here.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
