They will schedule you during class or require you to come in when you have your own graduation. They dont work well with students. You may be scheduled until 9 pm but be required to work until 12-1am without notice until you get there. Management is all over the place. Management will not stand by your side in any situation. They told me not to report a serious issue. Ive been there for years, yet the manager still didnt know my name. It is guaranteed that you will have to redo work you have already done multiple times due to management not communicating with us or each other. They dont work with accommodations well at all. If you are injured, be expected to do all of the work no one else wants to do or has time to do, which is typically used as punishment at this workolace. Ive come in contact with members being racist, accusing me of a crime, and have yelled at me in front of the entire restaurant on my first day. And management will do nothing to help you in those situations. You can not tell a member no or that they are wrong. So if you get accused of a crime by a racist member, management will think you are wrong until camera footage is pulled up or she finds it. Ive been degraded by members, management, and staff. I also requested a very important date off about 6 months in advance. It was approved but i was still required to work. If you like anything about yourself, dont work here.
