No room for advancement, management plays favorites

Tips are always a plus; friendly staff, hardly any drama or disputes; strong, knowledgable management; little interaction with guests, but they're friendly; free holiday cookies; good benefits; flexible scheduling.

Hard work; work hours are not consistent, usually can only work less than 30 hours due to slow season; could use more employees to help out during busy periods.
