Stable growing organization! Many opportunities to move around in different areas, if you want a new job role or training and education at the college.
Cons
You may be asked to take on additional projects that may be outside of your job description. This to me is expected when your dealing with patient care and team safety, but this could be a con for those who are used to staying in a box.
