This brokerage has wonderful staff and management

i suppose a con could be that it is a smaller brokerage

Ok pay and time off

senior employees get to do whatever they like, including telling you when you can go on lunch and take time off. They submit their requests for vacation a year in advance to ensure they get all of the Stat holidays. The office manager knows nothing about insurance and listens to whatever senior employees tell her about other employees. Unprofessional, expectations are too high, sick days are discouraged. Verbal abuse from clients happens often and is allowed.
