Robertson Hall is a great place !! It’s a family run brokerage that promotes a caring, friendly and flexible environment to work in. Employees are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand to other co-workers. Management is approachable, understanding and open to new ideas. Compensation and vacation time is in line with industry standards. Would definitely recommend them as an employer.

Cons
senior employees get to do whatever they like, including telling you when you can go on lunch and take time off. They submit their requests for vacation a year in advance to ensure they get all of the Stat holidays. The office manager knows nothing about insurance and listens to whatever senior employees tell her about other employees. Unprofessional, expectations are too high, sick days are discouraged. Verbal abuse from clients happens often and is allowed.
