Pros

On time Salary and Snacks.

Cons

If stress, fear, and job insecurity were company achievements, this place would be industry-leading. The company culture feels less like a workplace and more like a pressure chamber where employees are expected to survive constant stress while management watches from a distance giving orders. The only thing growing here is employee burnout. Management has mastered the art of creating panic without providing actual guidance or support. Most managers act like they know everything while contributing nothing except unrealistic deadlines and unnecessary pressure. Work-life balance does not exist here — the expectation is simple: keep working, stay quiet, and be grateful for the free snacks. Job security is a joke. Employees can be removed anytime without proper explanation, making everyone work in fear instead of confidence. It becomes impossible to focus on growth when every day feels like a countdown to the next random termination. The company may offer chips, coffee, and office perks, but none of that compensates for the toxic environment, poor leadership, and complete lack of employee respect. No professional should have to trade their mental peace for a paycheck like this.

RoboMQ Response

Job security is not offered on employment letter. It is earned by one through their work, skills and contribution to the company and RoboMQ likes to retain such people. We have people staying with us over 8-10 year joining RoboMQ fresh out of school. You are likely one of those let go on the performance review because you failed to perform despite given coaching, feedback and more than a year to perform. Your failure to perform does not make workplace toxic nor suggest a lack of work life balance at RoboMQ. I would recommend taking this event as a learning opportunity to invest in yourself.

Pros

They have a good product.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Every experience is step towards learning so for that I am grateful.

Pros

Good product that still needs a lot of work, but has potential if management steps back and actually listens to feedback that is shared Good people there, hard workers

Cons

Role expectations shifted significantly after hire Minimal to no formal training or mentorship; onboarding relied almost entirely on self-learning through AI tools and recorded materials Inconsistent and sometimes conflicting managerial feedback regarding performance and readiness High employee turnover, which impacted team continuity and knowledge transfer Lack of established internal HR or training infrastructure, resulting in unclear policies and processes Expect to work well over 40 hours per week or you will be judged The environment was unstable and poorly set up for success
