Pros

Salary was always paid on time. Basic office perks like snacks, coffee, and a few other small conveniences.

Cons

I spent a significant amount of time at this company, and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the constant atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. You never really felt secure in your job — at any moment, it felt like you could be let go without much warning. Instead of focusing on doing good work and growing, a lot of people spent their energy worrying about whether they’d still have a job next week. Micromanagement was everywhere. Rather than trusting employees to do their jobs, almost every small detail was scrutinized. People were often pulled up for minor things while bigger, more serious problems in the organization went completely unaddressed. Work-life balance was practically non-existent. Tight deadlines, unrealistic expectations, and constant pressure made every day stressful. There was an unspoken rule that you should just keep working and not question decisions or raise concerns. As a developer, I found the engineering environment especially frustrating. We spent way too much time firefighting legacy issues, dealing with technical debt, unclear requirements, and last-minute changes. Instead of building good, quality software, it often felt like we were just trying to survive the chaos. Learning and growth opportunities were very limited. Freshers and new joiners were mostly left to figure things out on their own. There was little to no structured mentorship, proper onboarding, or real knowledge sharing. One thing that really stood out was the high employee turnover. During my time there, I saw so many talented people leave. When that many employees keep raising the same issues year after year, it’s clear there are deeper problems that need fixing. What bothered me most was how the company handled criticism. If you look at the management responses to negative reviews, there’s a clear pattern: employees are quickly labeled as “underperformers” instead of their feedback being taken seriously. Not every person who has a bad experience is a poor performer. I also personally saw employees being encouraged (both during onboarding and offboarding) to leave positive reviews. Because of this, I’d strongly advise anyone considering this company to talk to both current and former employees directly, rather than relying only on online ratings. I’m not writing this review because I expect things to change for me. I’m writing it in the hope that someone else doesn’t walk into the same situation blindly. If you’re thinking of joining, please look beyond the salary and free snacks. Ask real questions about employee retention, work culture, mentorship, growth opportunities, and how feedback is actually handled. Those things will impact your career much more than basic office perks.

Pros

Good product that still needs a lot of work, but has potential if management steps back and actually listens to feedback that is shared Good people there, hard workers

Cons

Role expectations shifted significantly after hire Minimal to no formal training or mentorship; onboarding relied almost entirely on self-learning through AI tools and recorded materials Inconsistent and sometimes conflicting managerial feedback regarding performance and readiness High employee turnover, which impacted team continuity and knowledge transfer Lack of established internal HR or training infrastructure, resulting in unclear policies and processes Expect to work well over 40 hours per week or you will be judged The environment was unstable and poorly set up for success
