      The core of what they do is great for the young adults.

      Cons

      Poor communication from directors in terms of tasks needed to be done. Job descriptions are not necessary what will be asked of you. Lofty expectations and detached from reality in terms of task completion timelines.

      The organization does great work for the youth including mentoring, instilling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parenting classes, field trips, etc. Executive Vice President was approachable, compassionate and dynamic.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture in the Hartford location. Leadership was demeaning and condescending. Cliquey environment, Sparse/sporadic training. Lots of pressure to connect with high caseloads of youth,
