      Pros

      Financially stable, although the foundation to that may not be healthy nor sustainable. Increasing revenues are based on running departments and field operations too lean and managing employees through fear.

      Cons

      Senior executives are bullies. The home office feel is oppressive, with employees being treated like second-class citizens. You "clock-in" at the home office and are counseled if you come in late twice in a month. Men have to wear ties and may not have facial hair, with pantyhose for the ladies.

The company takes your comments seriously and want to emphasize the guidelines communicated to all employees is to raise all serious issues to the HR Department or Business Abuse Report Line available per the handbook so that these matters can be promptly investigated and resolved. We hope you will utilize one of these avenues. Lastly, we do understand your concern with the company's conservative dress code policy. The company believes that neat clothing and grooming standards present a professional business appearance to our customers who trust us in their homes and places of business. However, we do periodically review this policy among others, and make recommended adjustments as needed.

      Pros

      One of the biggest pros of being at Rollins has been the culture and the people, especially working in the corporate office. There’s a genuine effort to make the workplace feel welcoming and fun. Peers do a great job organizing events like Popcorn Wednesdays and celebrating important moments throughout the year, so there’s almost always something going on that brings people together. What also stands out is how much emphasis is placed on recognition. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones don’t go unnoticed, which makes you feel seen and appreciated. Those small gestures go a long way and really help create a sense of community. It makes you feel like the work you’re doing matters and that you’re a valued part of the team.

      Cons

      I really don’t have many complaints, other than wishing PTO could roll over into future years instead of being use‑it‑or‑lose‑it.
