Pros
Laid back approach to working - the company is a big brand, albeit tainted by serious fraud office findings which came as no surprise, which rests on its laurels a lot. This means the pace is slow, flexible working means no one really checks if you're there, it's empty by 5pm!
Cons
Nothing gets done! Management have their head in the clouds and don't actually understand their workforce, they are more concerned with their bonuses at the end of the year. I hope the CEO has brought positive change as it was terrible and the HR team at Bristol need completely replacing, their knowledge is poor and attitude even worse.
