Pros

Not that i can mention, everything seemed fine until company revealed its true nature. Salary was okay.

Cons

Managment, team lead, unpaid overtime, team lead instructions to avoid escalating obvious problem gambling and possible fraud link cases. massive layouts without reasoning, HR insisted to fire me remotely and not personally. I was enrolled to the Cs position as Finnish & english customer service which i had to keep secret. During my interwiew ( which was not visible anywhere, internal or external) most likely never existed)) other interewiewer, CS manager told that he didnt even bother to open my resume. Other interwiewer was clearly high on something unable to operate laptop or speak in English. Before cs manager left, he told me that i hope we dont see each other again. Well, in the end position was given to Maltese. Company did not let me finnish my notice period after firing me.

Pros

- Department team leads and management are welcoming and inclusive - Monthly 1 to 1's with team leaders which is imperative for personal growth - Career progressions seems fair across the company - Team KPI's are achievable with the right work ethic - Team events have been well planned and importance was always given to them - Training was always provided with dedication - Feedback is always welcomed - The offices are well maintained and plenty of chill out spots if that's your thing - Hybrd work model which is fair - Flexible start times for both morning and evening shifts

Cons

- Location of the offices is not the best - it is prone to flooding in the winter, and traffic and parking are problematic, especially during summer - Some members can seem reserved in shared areas, which may make cross team interactions seem a bit awkward if you are generally new to the company. - Only snacks are available at the office. Meals are bought once a week but whoever works on rotation shift generally misses out
