Pros

Great opportunity to get hands-on experience with new tools and technologies. Chance to explore the iGaming industry from the inside. Flexible work environment with remote options. Mid-size teams with some supportive and collaborative colleagues.

Cons

The probation process felt unclear. For several months, there was very little interaction or guidance. Only after the mid-probation review did responsibilities start being assigned, and suddenly there was increased scrutiny. Assigned a critical regulatory task without proper preparation or context which lead to failure and full responisbility. There were unrealistic deadlines, and the expectations were not aligned with the support provided. The offboarding process felt impersonal and abrupt. Severance options included waiving all rights, which raised concerns about fairness. Company policies and internal decisions often shifted suddenly. Promises made during onboarding were later retracted. Work was frequently high-pressure due to last-minute tasks and poor planning upstream. There appeared to be internal favoritism and uneven recognition across teams. Leadership lacked clarity on what they wanted from roles or projects which ended in a mass redundancy. Senior leadership felt detached from employee experience and feedback.

Cold people and poor management

Pros

Good benefits like gym allowances, lunches, equipment etc.

Cons

Cold and awkward atmosphere in the office, no one really says hi to each other. Some of the management team members are there purely because of their relationship with the founders but they are quite frankly incompetent. They demand a lot to their teams but they don’t do much work at all. No acknowledgment for a great work nor there is any guidance when needed.

Pros

Not that i can mention, everything seemed fine until company revealed its true nature. Salary was okay.

Cons

Managment, team lead, unpaid overtime, team lead instructions to avoid escalating obvious problem gambling and possible fraud link cases. massive layouts without reasoning, HR insisted to fire me remotely and not personally. I was enrolled to the Cs position as Finnish & english customer service which i had to keep secret. During my interwiew ( which was not visible anywhere, internal or external) most likely never existed)) other interewiewer, CS manager told that he didnt even bother to open my resume. Other interwiewer was clearly high on something unable to operate laptop or speak in English. Before cs manager left, he told me that i hope we dont see each other again. Well, in the end position was given to Maltese. Company did not let me finnish my notice period after firing me.
