      Pros

      Variety of projects and people to work with, recognition, flex time, open communication in some depts, support from mgmt, great people all over the place.

      Cons

      For this big of a company, benefits could be better. Large companies also provide perks other than the typical medical/dental/vision/401k/stock/flex saving accounts. I don't expect them to be Google, but a bit more would be better.

      Pros

      Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
