Pros
1. Good pay (if you're able to take out time to spend it) 2. Decent exits (if you are able to not be burntout and leave without a job in hand)
Cons
1. Constant shouting and mistreatment by seniors 2. Complete disregard of work-life balance (work on all weekends, late night, intolerable intensity of work) 3. No exposure - analysts and associates are mostly there to run comps or format pitches - very limited thinking 4. Hostile enviornment
