      Limited in progress. Being stuck on a ship made of 300m of steel for 6 months eventhough you get off at ports. Repetitive

      The industry is fun, my team is great, everyone seems to be very collaborative, benefits are good when it comes to cruising/health

      Cons

      The strict 9-5 rule is extremely limiting and non-accommodating, especially to those who put in extra hours outside of work, business trips, and weekends. This company has always been about quality, but now that is looked over, and only time in the office is valued.
