      Pros

      Great company, good leaders. Near free priced cruises..

      Cons

      Overall IT department is chaos ; and for some reason they call it visionary. Some have too many work, many have none. But whether you are busy or free, most of your work is wasted meetings, where you decide on the next meeting. Many of the so called "analysts" are nothing more than mail clerks carrying around messages from business to IT

      Pros

      The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

      Cons

      Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
