Pros

The Company's Call Centers provide excellent customer service. This is emphasized more than talk time. Pretty decent benefits package, nice work environment.

Cons

Pay could definitely be better. Need to also give employees more flexibility in their schedules, Also, inter-departmental communication needs improvement

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
