Pros

Discounted cruises; clean building facilities, gym, exercise and health programs. Miami office have cafeteria in the building, daycare for kids. Tuition reimbursement. Good medical/dental/vision/401K

Cons

Training for growth of employees not provided. Unless you market yourself and be politically savvy to your bosses, you will not go anywhere. Politics in the ranks --- its 80% of who you know to get moved up. Women bosses (director levels) can be cruel (calls people idiots etc) rude and generally not helpful, but since they still provide favorable outcomes within the department, cruelty and rudeness are ignored.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
