Pros
The comp packages are quite solid. Runway hired fairly well historically. The industry and client base is interesting. Plenty of opportunity to solve neat problems.
Cons
The product is janky and far too difficult to use. There's way too much turnover and chaos for a business of this size. Siqi doesn't seem to know how to hire or develop leaders. Many folks are checked out and coasting in plain sight.
