new commission structure will cause you to lose money if you dont meet the same biweekly targets as everyone and if your in a slow store your could only make only 25% of your commission. if management is bad your could end up being the only employee in a 5 rep store working 7 days a week until they find new hires. at one point i was the only employee for 6 months by myself in a 5 rep store at this time both my regional director and district manager were fired so i had no upper management to count on i was expected to keep the store open because if i didnt the next day we would get a bunch of angry customers cursing and screaming why we werent open.
