      Decent benefits, but they do use united healthcare

      Cons

      They have taken away all creativity, bonuses, and promotion opportunities. They have essentially created corporate robots. Terrible compensation compared to the competition.

      Pros

      The Automotive group was a lot of fun to work with. Good people. I would rate the automotive group a solid 5.

      Cons

      Headquarters is very bureaucratic and political. Does not operate with the customer in mind.
