Pros
Decent benefits. Still a few good people left but, they are dropping fast.
Cons
Eighty plus hours at work a week, then continue to work even after you're home. Your off days are not yours, be prepared for non stop calls, text, and emails, even when there is no production. Upper management preaches respect and taking care of employees, while they treat you like a piece of rotted meat and treat their front-line supervisors like pawns on a chess board. Upper management talks about how stupid their front-line supervisors are when in fact those very supervisors are the ones who are the most knowledgeable about the operation. No matter how hard you work, and produce, they will continually add more and more tasks for you to complete and chastise you if you are unable to complete within their ridiculous time frame. Not for experienced managers, especially if you are a strong leader. If you like being manically micromanaged, ridiculed and chastised, without being supported or trained, this is the company for you!
