Great Work Ethics - Construction Superintendent S3 Builders Employee Review

If you want to learn about the construction side of architecture, this is a great place to gain hands-on experience. They have a very welcoming office culture, and I learned so much about construction administration and project management. There are also other opportunities to learn about on-site project management. I was thoroughly impressed at how organized and professional they ran their business. They made me feel like I was making a contribution to the team and they were very patient in teaching me about having a spirit of excellence in project management.

I was not fortunate enough to work there when they had a design-build project seeing as how they had already completed them. I would have loved to witness how they design and utilize my skills as a draftsman, 3D modeling skills, or rendering skills.

Working for a small company has given me the opportunity to be fully hands on at all stages of a project. I have acquired new skills while working full time for S3 Builders. Working for a construction company and having a background in Architecture allows me to better work with clients, architects and the entire project team. It is a fast paced environment which keeps everyone busy and on their toes.
