S3 is a great place to work surrounded by people who have similar goals in achieving project success. It is a smaller team; thus the role is very independent and autonomous given the size of the company. You can wear as many hats as you wish in this company if you are driven and ambitious. The president of the company has an open door policy which really fosters a collaborative environment. Flexible work hours and environment.
