As always we appreciate and thank you for your feedback. SADA has a robust Onboarding Program set which regulates frequent check-ins between the new hire and the manager at the 30 day mark, the 60 day mark as well as the 90 day mark. In addition, we have half year “check in’s” on our goals between the manager and the employee as well as an Annual performance review at the end of each year. As part of onboarding, the new hire is also set up with meet and greets to ensure they meet with essential employees in order to help them in their roles.
SADA’s turnover is actually very low, especially when compared with industry average (approximately 20% lower). This is something we are very proud of.
