Poor management and highly bureaucratic - Product Manager SANY Group Employee Review

Management active support is minimal, processes are slow and highly bureaucratic which ends up in frustration as stuff advance really slow. Salaries are not reviewed annually, and there are no additional (non-statutory) benefits.
