SALARY:
Apparently the year-end review and increase is based on performance but even if you go out of your way it doesn’t make much difference. It tops at 4% so basically the value your taking home usually decreases year by year.
You need to beg for extra increase or get promoted to a higher grade.
(As Sideway moves don’t come with increase, just be thankful for the opportunity)
WORKLOAD: is high due to the LEAN structure but in the same time this gives you more opportunity for personal growth
FLEXIBILITY: 1 day working from home, flexible start times, short Fridays. This was a great benefit before pandemic however this is clearly not enough nowadays and shows how the company doesn’t consider the market trend.
