They claim to be a non-profit organization, but functions more like a "for profit company". The Sales team can be overly aggressive. EMR system less than ideal, need better charting systems to do your job. Management continued to pile on work, and exceed the maximum number of patients you are expected to handle. Often took work home most days and expected to be on call after a full 8 hour shift. When do you have time to sleep?
I enjoyed caring for patients, but their motto of "Member Obsession" is dangerous message. As the unspoken expectation is for you to be there for the patients and company even if it means sacrificing your own health, well being, sleep, and time with your family.
It is a shame really, because there are some great people that work here. This company could be really good if management cared about their employees health and well being as much as they do their patients. I would have stayed if this had been the case.
