      - Many project opportunities. - Ability to get projects that utilize the latest technology updates. - Team members with great skill, attitude and ethics.

      Cons

      - Poor management on several levels. - Poor work-life balance. - A "group policy" that denies employees their yearly bonus if they decide to resign before their bonus is paid out at the end of the next fiscal quarter. - Slow promotion rate for consultants.
