Pros

Immediate team are friendly with each other, (but it feels like a competition with other teams.)

Cons

Poor communication with employees, Employee recognition feels like a novelty rather than any meaning behind it. It is purely about numbers and the human aspect feels disposable with expenses rising across the board

Pros

This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

Cons

The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
