This has got to be the worst place I've ever worked. It's a billion dollar company but is too cheap to pay people what they deserve. It's also a popularity contest. Apparently one day they decided I wasn't part of the "cool kids club", they tried over and over telling me how poorly I'm doing. A manager literally told me "nobody likes you here". Of course none of that was true. If it was management wouldn't have given me the task of training new people and then take credit for my ideas to improve processes.
I even had to go to HR about the way I was being treated. HR did nothing but told me to apply internally to another department or find another job somewhere else.
I left the company. Shortly after I left, I got a letter detailing that SHI had a data breach and leaked all my info including ssn, email, phone number, address, and covid vaccination info. I'm so glad I refused to give them my info. They were trying to bribe people with an extra PTO day and said "it's safe and only between you and HR". And boom, a few months later this tech company (who sells cybersecurity) gets a major data breach. Just goes to show what kind of incompetence and toxic environment this place has.
