Pros
The extend of the project/program has a significant global impact, bringing long lasting retun on investment. Strong collaboration within the core team was key to success. This was a very challenging program but was very fulfilling and rewarding.
Cons
Different maturity levels between locations was the biggest issue which adds significant challenge to the change management efforts when rolling out the new solution/tool/process.
