      i have a reasonable boss who cares about families Great colleagues Consistent training and development

      Cons

      like most big corporation, too many layers in management Performance is revenue driven. If i bring more revenue than what's set then i get good review If not enough revenue..then i don't get good review despite the nature of oil n gas business
