      Pros

      Great co-workers, enjoy the 12 hour shifts, flexible when needed, some growth opportunities. Good amount of PTO, lots of information to learn to someone new to the field. Factory environment.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, slow moving promotions when desired. personal growth can be limited, even when strongly desired and appropriate. Overall, not too bad.

      Thanks for your comments but I'm pretty sure you are commenting on the wrong company because SMC UK is not a factory environment and only under exceptional circumstances would we ask our staff to work 12 hour shifts.
