      There are absolutely no pros.

      A recruiter called me multiple times in one day, demanding that I update my resume to their specifications. After every email I sent, they would call again and ask for another updated resume (not sure how much more updated you can get after the first time). After three calls, they asked for a short paragraph describing my instrumentation experience, and that someone would be in touch after that. I never recieved any more calls and they've been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch with them for the past couple weeks. I'm not sure if this company is a scam or what, but don't bother applying either way.

      SPECTRAFORCE is a collaborative, fast-paced and supportive environment. They look to promote from within are invested in the success and happiness of their employees globally. It's not a job it's a career at SPECTRAFORCE.

      Pros

      My small team was very friendly. They are the only reason I am not giving 0 stars.

      Cons

      Job security really doesn't exist here. I've seen other reviews mention it, and I'll say it again because it's true. You can be praised for your work one day and cleaning out your desk the next. No PIP, no warning, no real indication that anything is wrong. If you are interviewing at any of their US locations, please do a deep dive online about the company before continuing. Do the research!
