management oriented company ... SPI -global is similar to govt company for managers and PM .Good for production people to learn.
Cons
please don t join in technology\development side.production people control technology people,that is the worst thing .very less salary for technology. they don t know the value of hard work. Production people can learn anything,but they have to act as a slave to managers.very poor salary and appraisal some times appraisal may be 50,100 or 200
