1) Very lazy HR team - believe, after several follow-ups, I got a proper offer letter only after a month of joining
2) A few HRs are too flirty (DLF Chennai location)
3) HRs do not know how to talk with employees - they treat as if they are paying us from their pockets. When I approaced a HR personnel with a query, they were like come after sometime even before they hear my query
4) No cab facilities even for female employees
5) Heavy work pressure
6) No paper tissues in the cafeteria. HR asks to use the tissues present in the restroom to clean my coffee mug. Like SERIOUSLY!
7) Poor appraisals (^INR 300 to INR 400). I got INR 300!!!
8) Few responsible account managers will be on Sleep mode all the time
9) No fun activities, no yearly outing
10) No care for employees. You feel ill, or die, you have to come to work.
11) Higher-level people promise to acheive unrealistic targets to the clients and keep hitting us
12) They hire a cat and expect it to work like a LION. YES!!!
13) Their attendance system is as lazy as the HRs. It shows LOP (Loss of Pay) even if people work for 10+ hrs.
14) Health insurance of 1.5 lakhs for myself and my dependants. This is definitely not sufficient in the current financial situation.
