      Pros

      Worked at SQLearn for more than 2 years, really enjoyed learning and working on the software products. Had the opportunity to take responsibilities, good communication with the team, great company environment. I was given a raise based on my performance without having to ask for it!

      Cons

      Parking in Piraeus was an issue so I had to use the train which is a 10 min walk from the company

      Nice office space, pays on time

      Cons

      Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)
