SQLearn interview questions

The interview went smooth and I was asked questions about my experience. It was not a technical interview and there were one HR and one developer. They asked me about my goals and what is my expected salary from this position.

2-step process. Standard interview with two kind ladies from the EU Projects department. They asked about my educational background, soft/hard skills and work experience, focusing on my experience with EU funding programmes (Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, etc.), proposal writing, deliverables preparation, project technical and financial management, etc. The position was supposed to cover a maternity leave for a few months, but with the prospect of joining the team permanently as they were interested in growing the EU projects department. Although the offer was good, I decided to decline because of another offer from a research institute that better suited my background and interests.
