      Abusive, dishonest, ignorant, and lazy management. This place was full of red flags and the Woodridge location worked it’s staff to death. Overall culture was arrogant and cruel to employees and questionable “professional” ethics at best.

      Pros

      A fantastic group of people. The environment is casual and the people are top notch. I read the comments before mine, and the few negatives listed have not been my experience at all. At SVM, you get out exactly what you put in. I work hard. I respect my coworkers. I help wherever I can. I appreciate everything the company does for me, big and small. Everyone has been phenomenal, and my experience has been great. They are always looking to improve, and I commend their efforts.

      No workplace is 100% perfect, but I give SVM a 98%!
