      There are few about being a person who places job security at highest priority, those pros can be over looked.

      1. You can be fired anyday, anytime without any notice. 2. Firing is not based on your performance. 3. HR staff are mere a position. 4. Appraisals are goofed up. 5. Company is devastating every year.

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
