Generous Paid Time Off, flexibility in work schedules, campus is nice with lots of wildlife all around, walking trails, benefits are OK.
Cons
Depending on where you live, the location can be remote for some. Inconsistent management among groups. For several years, the company has been is in an almost constant process of layoffs / outsourcing / offshoring.
