Pros

ability to make commission and double your hourly, friendly co workers, amazing coaches and trainers, pretty much manage yourself. Very good with working with your current schedule to make hours work. 25hrs/week

Cons

telephone sales are exhausting and repetitive. You often get rude customers because they think they can treat you however they want over the phone. Hours are very competitive, they won't make you full-time unless your call quality and numbers are perfect.. always 5-10 open hours a week available to pick up if desired. HAVE to work Mondays, every employee does. Starting off, you get maximum 25 hours a week. Hitting commission is very difficult because your appointment rate HAS to be over a certain percent, (around 50%) and is subject to change every week.. some weeks you'll miss commission by a .01 of a percent. and if your under 0.01 percent, you don't make commission for that paycheck. Commission checks are on a 4 week lag.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
