Pros

Experience is completed related to your team and manager. Some teams are great and some are VERY TOXIC. Benefits are ok. Sustainability goals are great. Sage Foundation and volunteer days are great!

Cons

Constant layoffs. Constant changes to orgs based on the ever revolving door of executives. Constant brand changes. Decisions based on whims and egos instead of data. Bring creative in-house, then get rid of almost everyone 3 years later, then bring them back 2 years later, etc. - constant pendulum. Turned very British company - if you aren't in the UK - you don't matter. If you are in the UK, you might have a better experience.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to know that you were pleased with our Sage Foundation initiatives and Sustainability objectives. At the same time, we are sorry that your experience was not 100% positive. We recognise that there have been a lot of recent changes to our structure and image as an organisation however, these have all been under the guidance of our strategic ambitions with our primary goal being to keep delivering superior service to our customers whilst we knock down barriers for all our people to thrive. Please note that we have given visibility of your concerns to our leadership team and your voice has been heard. As you move into the next chapter of your career, we wish you all the very best!

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
